Multinacional manufacturer and supplier for luxury hotels
- To achieve sales and profit targets in line with annual budget through effective sales and account management and best practise account planning and execution.
- To accurately forecast with Supply Chain Department in order that no (brand) Items are out of stock and inventory figures equate to 10% of your base turnover.
- To pro-actively manage your prospecting and campaign management processes to maximise prospect conversions in line with set targets. (Target to be established after 3 months training and learning in the field with sit down and agreed expectations between management and sales following successful probation).
- To pro-actively turn / add to your existing customer base at least once every 3 months maintaining world class relationships and maximising customer retention. (Using salesforce.com web based CRM system).
- To ensure all reports are on time and accurately presented to the sales manager on the deadlines set.
- To liaise with Head Office and ensure service levels are being met.

Applications are invited from sales and business development professionals who have the credibility and aptitude to sell into luxury hotels. Previous experience is cosmetics is not a prerequisite and experience has taught that people from different industry backgrounds can make a strong contribution to the strategic direction of the company. There ir a degree of flexibility in the profile required for this sales role, but our ideal background and skill-set is os follows:

4.Demonstrable success in a new business development role, ideally selling into luxury hotels which has required cold calling to generate success.
5.Persistent and tenacious individual, with the drive to pursue opportunities and see them through to a successful conclusion.
6.Available to work from home. A small proportion of the sales are completed by telephone, but most opportunities require face to face meetings and the candidate should be prepared to travel to meet customers as required.
Languages: Native Spanish speaker and fluent English are mandatory - German and /or French would be an advantage.
